HAPPIEST BABY APP SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Starting July 15th, 2024, anyone who buys SNOO from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner) will get a free premium subscription to our Happiest Baby App for 9 months.
If you did not buy your SNOO directly from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner), you can still enjoy all the fun and benefits of our premium App features—for FREE—until July 15, 2024.
If you purchased SNOO from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner) prior to July 15th, 2024, you’ll be able to continue on a free premium subscription until you complete 9 months (beginning when you first paired SNOO to the App and assigned it to the current baby you’re using it for) + get a free premium subscription to the Happiest Baby App for 9 months for your next baby whenever you need it.
If you borrowed or bought SNOO secondhand, you will have access to all the basic App features or you can choose to purchase a subscription to gain access to all premium settings and features, charged $29.99 AUD monthly.
Subscriptions are not transferable.
ORDERS
Orders process for 2-3 business days, and shipping time (transit time) is up to 7 business days via ground shipping for continental Australia. All orders must be in U.S. dollars. Sorry, we cannot accept COD’s or third party checks. You may order directly from this website through the shopping basket.
Domestic Shipping & Handling
When purchasing SNOO, you can choose your ship date.
Most customers choose to have SNOO delivered about a week before their baby is due. However, we understand babies don’t always arrive as planned! If you want to change your ship date, please contact Customer Care.
Shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout. For SNOO, shipping is $25 and is included in the price. For orders under 5 lb., shipping is $9.95 USD. For orders over 5 lb., shipping is $19.95 USD.
We also sell select products in the US at happiestbaby.com, EU and Switzerland at happiestbaby.eu, United Kingdom at happiestbaby.co.uk, and in Canada through Indigo, Well.ca and West Coast Kids. (SNOO is only authorized for use in the United States, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. The original purchaser is not covered under warranty for a SNOO used in other locations.)
Returns
For SNOO
If you are the original purchaser of a SNOO product and you are not satisfied any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
All products must be returned within original packaging.
When shipping for return, it’s very important to carefully pack your SNOO in the original box + inserts to better protect the product from damage during transport.
Return ground shipping is FREE for SNOO when it is sent back within the 30-day trial period.
For all other products
If you are the original purchaser of a Happiest Baby product (with the exception of digital products, which are not eligible for return) and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us in within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. Products other than SNOO must be returned in original condition. You can initiate a return by clicking here. All products must be returned within original packaging. Return standard shipping is FREE when it is sent back within 30 days of delivery. A “Digital Product” means a product that is available through downloading or via streaming.
