THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE NOTICE

This notice is provided pursuant to the End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). To the extent HBI Software includes any software or software components developed by third parties and made available to the public under third party licenses, such components will be provided with HBI Software when shipped or subsequently made available to you from time to time. Third party licenses, if any, will be listed in this notice, made available in a text file accompanying the HBI Software and/or made available when you use or install the third-party software for the first time. Third party components, if any, will be (a) provided as a convenience to you only; and (b) if they are not accompanied by a separate software license, they will subject to the terms and conditions of the EULA, except that in all cases they will be provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no express or implied conditions, endorsements, guarantees, representations or warranties.
